We can deliver any item on this web site direct to your door. Delivery is Free. A delivery surcharge may be applicable if the customer is out during the agreed delivery period and a second delivery visit is required. This excludes the Scottish highlands and anywhere outside the UK mainland which will incur a delivery charge equal to that a national courier charges TeakitaUK. Please enquire for details.

DELIVERY
Orders will be processed the next working day after you have placed and paid for your order. Items will be packed and then dispatched via our carriers. Delivery normally then takes 7day. If any problems are encountered i.e. a longer delivery time is required or items are temporarily out of stock, the customer will be notified immediately and a new delivery time will be arranged. If a new schedule cannot be arranged then the customer will be offered a refund.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We are so confident you will be delighted with your furniture we will happily offer a full refund for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in their original perfect condition and packaging to us at the customers expense. This does not affect your statutory rights...

We warrant that our furniture is fit for its intended, reasonable use for a period of five years from the date of purchase. We also warrant that our products are free from defective materials and workmanship, which does not include any small cracks in the end grain of wooden furniture. Special conditions or exceptions to this warranty may apply to some items when intended for use commercially or by the general public; please contact us for details. Items not manufactured by us, which includes cushions, are supplied with their respective manufacturers' warranty. To make a warranty claim please contact us . All warrant claims will be dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
